Wavve Boating Customer Survey Contest Official Rules

Contest Details

• Prize: One (1) $200 USD Amazon Gift Card, with an approximate retail value of $200 USD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Contest Period: The Contest opens on October 5, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 12, 2026.
• How to Enter: Complete and submit the Wavve Boating customer feedback survey using the provided Google Form during the Contest Period and provide a valid contact email address. Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.
• Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry and must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification. Wavve Boating Inc. may make up to two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner during that period. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the prize and another eligible entrant may be selected at random.
• Canadian Residents: If the selected potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

General
The Wavve Boating Customer Survey Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Wavve Boating Inc. (the “Sponsor”).

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the administration of the Contest.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon. Amazon is not responsible for the administration of the Contest or the awarding of the prize.

Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or win the prize.

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

Employees of Wavve Boating Inc. and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

How to Enter
To enter, an eligible entrant must complete and submit the applicable Wavve Boating customer feedback survey using the provided Google Form during the Contest Period and provide a valid email address for the purpose of Contest administration.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Wavve Boating Inc. is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, delayed, or not received for any reason.

Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 5, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 12, 2026. All eligible survey entries must be received before the Contest closes.

Winner Selection and Chances of Winning
Following the close of the Contest, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5)

business days of the initial notification. The Sponsor may make up to two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner during that period.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will forfeit the prize and another eligible entrant may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

If the selected potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.

Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of a $200 USD Amazon Gift Card, with an approximate retail value of $200 USD.

The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner within a reasonable period following verification of eligibility and satisfaction of all applicable requirements.

Personal Information
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Wavve Boating Inc. to administer the Contest, including contacting and verifying the potential winner and awarding the prize.

Wavve Boating Inc. will not share entrants’ personal information with third parties except as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest or as required by law.

Entering the Contest does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Wavve Boating Inc. Entrants will only receive such communications where they have otherwise provided consent or where permitted by applicable law.

General Conditions
Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, violates these Official Rules, is fraudulent, or interferes with the fair administration of the Contest.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Contest, Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest.

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Contest are final, subject to applicable law.

Please note: Wavve Boating Inc. will never require a winner to provide credit card information, make a payment, or pay a fee in order to claim the prize.
