General

These Rules and Regulations are final on all matters relating to Wavve Boating Inc.’s Why You Love Wavve Contest (the “Contest”). By submitting videos, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.

Eligibility

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or to win a prize. Participation in the Contest constitutes Entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and Wavve Boating Inc.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Personal Information

Personal Information collected from Entrants by Wavve Boating Inc. will be used to administer the Contest and in connection with the publication of winning videos. Wavve Boating Inc. will not share personal information relating to Entrants with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as may be required by law. Wavve Boating Inc. will not attempt to contact the Entrant for any other purpose than to administer the Contest or as may be required by law unless they have opted-in to receive relevant communications from Wavve Boating Inc. Wavve Boating Inc. respects the privacy of everyone who enters the contest.

Publication

By submitting a video to the contest, the entrant hereby grants Wavve Boating Inc. the right to use videos submitted to the contest. Wavve Boating Inc. will have the rights to use images digitally to (a) promote Wavve Boating Inc.; and (b) promote Wavve Boating Inc. via Facebook, X, Instagram, and other social media outlets. By submitting a video to the contest, the entrant also hereby grants to Wavve Boating Inc. the non-exclusive, perpetual right and license to reproduce, publish and distribute video over the Internet. Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the non-exclusive right to publish any entry and/or use any entry in its material during or after the Contest without further compensation to the entrants. For Wavve Boating Inc., promotional material shall include without limitation any print or electronic advertising or marketing material such as posters, online images, newspaper ads, e-mails and social media content. Waiver forms/ model releases are the responsibility of the entrant and must be available in the event the video is selected as a winning video.

Copyright Notice

With regard to any video submitted to this Contest, the owner of the video’s copyright retains all copyright. However, by uploading any video to the Contest, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such materials expressly grants) Wavve Boating Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, transmit, communicate, publicly display and perform, distribute, sublicense, and create compilations, derivative works, and merchandise from any such submitted video in any media, now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, and commercial use. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the license set out above.

Deadlines

The contest opens on April 20th, 2025 and closes at midnight EST on May 5th 2025. All video entries must be uploaded by 11:59 p.m. EST on May 5th 2025.

All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. Wavve Boating Inc. is not responsible for entries lost, late, misdirected, illegible or delayed for any reason.

Chances of Winning

The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible videos received and the evaluation of the videos by the judging panel — The Wavve Boating Team Members.

Prizes

Prizes are not transferable; no prize substitutions or equivalents are permitted, except by Wavve Boating Inc. at its sole discretion. In all cases, Wavve Boating Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any of the Contest Prizes.
